There will be a Pfizer Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, 4:30 – 7:30 pm, at the Lakeview Clinic in Two Harbors, MN. This will be a walk-in event. There is no need to make an appointment.

Anyone under 18 years of age will need parental consent. Find a consent form online at co.lake.mn.us, and click on the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics tab.
Forms will also be available at the clinic.
