The item #’s listed are the master item #’s in our live auction at the Moose Lodge. There is no online bidding as that is beyond us technically in 2021. We are offering limited PHONE BIDDING on the items displayed on this web listing.
The phone # to bid during this auction is: 218-340-4304; that number is only available to the public for bidding and auction inquiries between 3 and 7 PM on auction day, October 23, 2021. Please keep in mind we have ONLY ONE AUCTION PHONE LINE, so we have limited ability to answer your call promptly. Please be patient.
For auction questions before the auction begins, contact KTWH at 218-595-6195, or the numbers below for post-auction questions. Phone biding may only occur between 3 PM and 7 Pm on October 23rd. Absolutely no early calls. We will take no bids over the phone after we close the in-person bidding.
The phone auction rules are the same overall as for the in-person bidding:
REMEMBER: we are distributing items the next day (October 24) in Two Harbors. Please do not bid if you can’t make arrangements to pick up and pay for your items by October 28th. See the after-auction process below.
The live auction is a walk-through, one bid per person per item maximum process. Folks may only bid ONCE on any item. No one will see what others have bid, thus the bidding is “blind”. Ties in $ amounts bid will be settled at the discretion of the volunteer staff-possibly by a coin flip. To avoid ties, bid higher. The hand tallying process is very labor intensive, so please be patient as we notify dozens of winners, and please accept that we’ve done our best to be fair.
