Please consider making a membership gift, online at ktwh.org, to the 2025 Early Bird Spring Campaign that runs through May 4th. Our on-air Spring Membership FUNd Drive runs from Monday May 5th though Wednesday May 14th. Your gift could help meet the $1,000 anonymous matching gift that is in effect now through the end of Wednesday, May 7th. Thanks to our generous anonymous donor!
As KTWH prepares to celebrate our tenth year on the air in September, we need member-listener support to keep our radio operating space functional. Your gift will enable this community owned and operated service to serve you better in our next decade. We need to refurbish our radio home with the basics from the floor to ceiling. We aim to install new floor covering, healthy, efficient lighting, and functional soundproofing that will serve us well in our second decade of community radio. We need to raise $7,000 for that project. We appreciate you investing what you can in this work during our Spring Membership FUNd Drive.
AN ANONYMOUS DONOR IS OFFERING A $1,000 CHALLENGE MATCH TO START THE MEMBERSHIP DRIVE! Can you help us match that generous person’s offer? Please consider making a gift you can afford as an early bird to help KTWH meet our goal and support our Radio-from-Floor-to-Ceiling Project.
You can go to ktwh donations to donate in no time at our handy giving page that offers you secure payment with credit card or PayPal options. There are five donor premium gift levels. Give us your shirt size if you choose the T-shirt; other premium choices include KTWH decals, coasters, custom Bluetooth speakers, and KTWH insulated tumblers.
Maybe it works for you to donate early or maybe you wait until after May 14th due to factors like, you know, daily life. That will work! KTWH will count any gift you make in May as Spring Member Drive funds raised toward our goals.
Enjoy all the great FUND Drive programming we’ll bring your way. Our programmers will host special programming that exemplifies what you’ll hear the other 355 days of the year. KTWH is here 105 plus hours weekly, featuring local music and events, and sharing voices and ideas you won’t hear elsewhere. It’s local, volunteer-crafted radio. From the Beat Farm’s live music sessions to morning interviews to candidate forums to Friday’s deep dives on weather, that’s the kind of content KTWH will keep coming with your support!
We are posting this message because KTWH-LP relies on member support as the single biggest source of income. With other public radio and TV outlets facing deep budget cuts, you should know that KTWH receives no federal funding. We have always relied primarily on local individual contributions and underwriting to support this grassroots service.
Joining KTWH as a sustaining member is a great way to give that helps us year-round. Your gift of any amount is a deeply appreciated investment in our programming and mission. Listener-member financial support makes a huge difference-every member donation shows our foundation donors that another person supports our service- your choice to donate opens the door to grants that help KTWH keep the electrons flowing and the programs coming to you.
KTwH, Two Harbors Community Radio, will celebrate our 10th anniversary on-air this September. Our growing list of those we’re grateful to includes folks who are just discovering KTWH, new program hosts and new listener members who’ve caught the wave and found KTWH on the radio dial or on their devices.
