The 2021 Two Harbors Heritage Days Lutefisk toss was a resounding success. The Norwegian Team overcame the Swedish Team 1 – 0. Contestants tried to throw frozen pieces of lutefisk into an awaiting 12 inch diameter bucket placed about 30 feet away from them. Below are some highlights of the event, including an interview with winning lutefisk tosser Ryland Anderson under the pictures.
